This Baby Horse Completely Ignores Mom-and Every Parent Can Relate
Parents trying to wrangle energetic toddlers will completely relate to Ranch Fueled Media's video showing one exhausted mama horse attempting to deal with her baby, who absolutely refuses to listen. All Mom wants is a peaceful moment to stop and eat, but her foal, Marvin, has very different priorities, repeatedly running off to play the second she tries to get him to settle down.
Every time Mom thinks she's finally gotten his attention and he's ready to cooperate, Marvin proves her wrong. He refuses to follow her, ignores what he's being told, and won't even look in her direction, choosing instead to happily chomp on a rope hanging from the fence. Make sure your sound is on so you can hear human mom explain what's happening, because it's actually pretty fascinating.
@threephorse We saw her doing this from up at the house after feeding her so I decided to go down and help her by getting him back in their stall and locking them in so mom could eat without worrying. #viral#fyp#horse#foal#naughty

Ranch Fueled Media explained more in the caption, "We saw her doing this from up at the house after feeding her, so I decided to go down and help her by getting him back in their stall and locking them in so mom could eat without worrying."
It's basically the horse version of putting a toddler in a playpen so you can safely get something done for five minutes!

How Mama Horses Discipline Their Babies
Viewers got a huge kick out of watching the little equine toddler behave exactly like a human one, and the comments were full of people relating to poor Mom's frustration. Rebecca joked, "She really looked straight at you and said HELP. ME."
Commenter @The Dandy Mare could also relate and shared, "As a mom of a boy who doesn't listen at all, I feel those pinned ears!" Meanwhile, @Lanna Texas Gal summed up the exhausted mare's mood perfectly: "She's fed the h*ll up lol!"
If you listened closely to what human mom was explaining in the video, you probably heard her mention the mare snaking out her neck, nudging Marvin toward the barn, and pinning back her ears, all classic signs of a mama trying to discipline her baby horse
Horse trainer Gabi Neurohr explains that mares usually give vocal or gentle physical warnings before escalating discipline when their babies refuse to listen or start acting out. If a foal continues ignoring directions, a mare may bite her baby in the butt or even kick to make it very clear she means business.
It seems like Marvin's going to learn the hard way to listen when Mom tells him to do something.
