Rodney Atkins and Rose Falcon on Their ACM Date Night (Exclusive)
The 61st annual Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards are underway, and Woman’s World is taking you inside the star-studded event! We caught up with country music superstar Rodney Atkins and his wife Rose Falcon on the red carpet to find out why this night is so special for them. The couple also opened up about why teaming up with Riley Green for the ACM Lifting Lives Country on the Green event meant so much. Here’s what they shared.
A rare night out for a country music couple
On Friday, May 15, the ACM Lifting Lives Country on the Green event brought country artists, industry insiders and fans together at Topgolf Las Vegas for an evening of food, drinks, music and golf, all in support of the Academy of Country Music’s philanthropic arm. The gathering coincided with the 61st ACM Awards week, transforming Las Vegas into a hub for the genre’s biggest names.
The event featured a lineup of special performances from some of country music’s most recognizable voices. Avery Anna, who is nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year, took the stage alongside Lauren Alaina, Randy House and Atkins himself.
In total, Friday’s event raised $20,000 to support the organization’s work and causes.
“ACM Lifting Lives is a great organization,” Atkins said. “We had a lot fun.”

Also fun? The ACM awards themselves! According to the couple, the event served as a much-needed date night, as well as a much-needed family vacation.
“It is, and we actually did bring our children to Vegas, so it’s a family member for us,” Falcon said. “But tonight is a date night.”
Added Atkins, “They are few and far between. [The kids] are with the sitter, either swimming or eating right now.”
Falcon and Atkins have been married since 2013. They met through mutual friends and have since welcomed two children together. They also have another child that Atkins shares with his ex-wife, Tammy Jo Atkins.

The 2026 ACM will air live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 17. It’s available to stream on Prime Video at 8 p.m. ET, with simulcasts on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel and the Amazon Music app.
