Nintendo's Biggest May Switch 2 Game Just Released Another Trailer
Nintendo is about to release Yoshi and the Mysterious Book on the Switch 2 next week, but that doesn't mean they're done teasing fans with new trailers and previews.
Ahead of the May 21 release date, the game has another trailer for gamers to enjoy. Take a look for yourself!
The trailer features more of the gorgeous graphics that the game has become hotly anticipated for, as well as some more of the gameplay. The start of the trailer shows Yoshi stomping on a sleeping enemy to get one of the series' famous collectables, a flower.
More new items for Yoshi to use to clear obstacles and solve puzzles were shown. A boomerang enemy that can be swallowed and then thrown through debris to move forward on a path looks like a fun one! Another fun enemy is a pink ball that can be blown like a bubble gum bubble. Pop the enemy, lie in the gum puddle, and then use the mess to float around in a personal-sized bubble!
The game has been controversial ever since it was revealed during early-access previews that Yoshi can't die in the game. This means the difficulty is obviously very low, but the fun doesn't have to be directed just towards novice gamers.
This preview seems to give hope to others who want some challenge in their experience that there will be plenty of interesting obstacles and objectives to traverse throughout, even if Yoshi can't perish while exploring his new world.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book takes some of the best parts of Yoshi's past from the SNES, Nintendo 64, and Wii U, but it envelopes them all in a beautiful aesthetic that is part storybook and part nature show. The look of the game clearly demonstrates the difference between what the Switch and the Switch 2 can display.
