May 5 is Teacher Appreciation Day, and during the week of May 4, enjoy a few days of perks honoring those who nurture, instruct and expand the minds of folks both old and young everyday. TGI Fridays’ Teacher Appreciation Week Deal is hard to beat. On May 6, teachers can enjoy a free meal between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. off a select menu, with offerings including a cheeseburger and fries, a half rack of ribs and more.

Between May 4 and May 12, teachers can enjoy a free ShackBurger or VeggieShack when they make a purchase from Shake Shack.
Peet’s Coffee
On National Teacher Day, head to your local Peet’s Coffee, as they’re offering teachers a free small cold brew, drip coffee, or tea pouch—hot or iced.

Fast casual Mexican restaurant chain chipotle is giving away $1 million worth of free meals to teachers.
