If you're a dog parent, the chances are good your pup has gotten into something they shouldn't have and then tried to deny it. Whether it's grabbing socks from the laundry room, eating your breakfast off the kitchen table, or even climbing on furniture they aren't allowed on, their sweet puppy dog eyes make it impossible to stay upset with them.

Mango, the Golden Retriever, gave the performance of a lifetime while trying to convince her mom that she was innocent of the charges brought against her. As Mom points to the chewed-up bits of a lip balm, she says, "Mango, what did you do?"

Heartwarming, everyday, funny BGM(1194980) - K's note

The hilarious TikTok video shows @mangothegoldenrescue scooting her entire body across the kitchen floor. It was as though her legs no longer worked, and the only thing she could do was wag her tail and look as cute as possible.

Honestly, as Mango is doing the "I'm not guilty" dance, Mom can hardly keep from laughing. As her pup spends 16 seconds pleading her case, people across the world are falling in love with her.

Let's Check in With Mango's Biggest Fans

Obviously, the adorable Golden Retriever has done nothing wrong, especially in the eyes of her biggest fans on social media. One follower joked, "She did nothing other than practice her interpretive dance." Another, acting as Mango's lawyer, said, "This was a frame job. My client is innocent!"

Reading through the comment section made it clear that Mom was barking up the wrong tree! A commenter even suggested Mango was trying to save her life, "She's saying mom army crawl like me.... stay low. The culprit might still be in the house!!"

One thing is for sure... Mango is the newest addition to my #foryoupage, and I couldn't be happier!
