Mini Dachshunds Curled up in a Sun Spot Like Cats Is Too Cute
There's something universally comforting about finding a patch of sunlight coming into the house and settling in right there. It's like your own little warming blanket, and creating the best nap experience in one of these patches is something we see cats do all the time. But realizing this is the best place for a cozy nap isn't something only cats have discovered.
In this clip, we meet two very cute Mini Dachshunds who have discovered the magical spot on the floor where the sunlight hits just right. And like cats, these two decide this is the best place for a nap. Take a look!

The video shared by @kinderandco shows their two Mini Dachshunds, Kinder and Cocoa, channeling their inner cats as they take a nap. On the floor was a perfect square of sunlight coming through the window.
These two dogs have centered themselves right in the middle and are having the best cuddle sleep. The video's caption jokes that these two are roasting in the sun while taking a nap, which is hilarious since we know they're probably nice and warm.

Dachshunds Are Known for Their Personalities
Kinder and Cocoa look like they're having the best time taking their nap in the sun, acting just like cats, and according to experts, that checks out when you consider the personality and temperament of Dachshunds.
The American Kennel Club shares that Dachshunds are "spunky, friendly, [and] curious," and they get along well with other dogs, too. They may be tiny, but they're packed with personality and are pretty much game for anything. Of course, though, like all living creatures, they do need to make time for a nap. And it would be challenging to find something as cozy as a spot in the sun on the floor.
