Dak Prescott's Ex Sarah Jane Ramos Makes Unexpected Move Days Before Court Showdown

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and his ex-fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, reached an agreement on a significant matter before a potentially ugly court clash.

Last month, news broke that Prescott and Ramos had split up, weeks before their scheduled wedding on April 10 in Lake Como, Italy. Prescott and Ramos have two daughters together.

According to Bernie Zilio of Page Six, Prescott and Ramos reached a temporary custody agreement for their two children:

"Page Six has learned that the former couple - who called off their destination wedding mere weeks before it was set to take place - entered into an informal temporary settlement agreement on Monday.

The Collin County, Texas, judge overseeing the case signed the agreement Wednesday, just one day before Prescott and Ramos were scheduled to hash out their custody issues in court."

Attorneys for Ramos and Prescott both gave statements to Page Six, expressing gratitude that the former couple reached a deal. Zilio reports that they were initially set to meet in court on April 2.

Prescott and Ramos got engaged in October 2024.According to TMZ Sports, Prescott and Ramos split up after "a blowup weekend" during their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas.

Ramos accused the 32-year-old quarterback of using burner accounts on social media to communicate with other women during his relationship with Ramos, Page Six reported.

Dak Prescott Looks to Rebound from Frustrating 2025 Season

The 2025 campaign was a disappointing one for the Dallas Cowboys. Things got off to a rocky start when owner Jerry Jones traded All-Pro linebacker Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers for two first-round picks.

Without Parsons, Dallas' defense was among the worst in the NFL. As a result, they missed the postseason in consecutive years for the first time since 2019-20. The club fired defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus and replaced him with Christian Parker.

Now, the Cowboys wait and see if the changes on the coaching staff and roster will pay off. The good news? The NFC East appears wide open in 2026.
