Museum to conduct fundraiser
Tulare Historical Museum will hold a reverse drawing fundraiser at 6 p.m. May 6 at Tulare Historical Museum, 444 W. Tulare Ave. in Tulare. Tickets cost $50 and will include hors d’oeuvres and wine. Proceeds will benefit the museum.

Veterans Opportunity Day is April 26
Veterans Opportunity Day will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26 at Tulare Veterans Memorial Building, 1771 E. Tulare Ave. in Tulare. Tulare County veterans are invited to meet with prospective employers, learn about job opportunities and get information about services and benefits.

Habitat to host community fair
Habitat for Humanity will hold “Inspiration for Humanity” 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 29 at Inspiration Park, 5770 W. Gettysburg Ave. The community fair will include special appearances by the Fresno Police Department, Fresno Fire Department, face painters and live music.
