Selena Gomez announces Fresno concert date
In advance of her album release Oct. 9, actress and teen-pop superstar Selena Gomez announced dates for her upcoming Revival tour.
The first leg of the tour kicks off May 6 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and hits 41 cities. Gomez will play in Fresno on Sunday, May 8, at the Save Mart Center – the second date of the tour. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Oct. 17 at the arena box office, Save Mart Supermarkets, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.
Tickets prices have not been announced. Pre-sale tickets will be available to Citi cardmembers and www.Selenagomez.com music store customers starting at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13.
The Revival tour follows the release of an album of the same name on Interscope Records, the first single of which – “Good for You” with A$AP Rocky – topped Billboard’s Top 40 Radio Charts for three consecutive weeks. A second single, “Same Old Love,” is out now.
“I am ready to get back on the road and see my fans in person!” Gomez says in a statement.
This album marks a new and very important chapter in my life. I cannot wait to get on stage and perform this new material.
