Caruthers District Fair offers small-town big fun
The Caruthers District Fair bills itself as California’s largest free-gate fair. Don’t miss the crowing of the queen or the “Small Town Big Fun” parade, 10 a.m. Oct. 3. Details: 11 a.m. Sept. 30 through Oct. 3 at Caruthers Fair Grounds, 3595 S. Raider Street, Caruthers.
