When Visalia’s Cellar Door nightclub held its first all-ages show last year, the Portland, Ore. band The Helio Sequence headlined.

It returns for the venue’s final all-ages show on Saturday.

“We saw it fitting to end with a Helio Sequence show before the venue’s all-ages license expires next month,” says promoter Aaron Gomes.

The Helio Sequence — musicians Benjamin Weikel and Brandon Summers — has made regular touring stops in Visalia, earning a loyal following with its catchy, meticulously crafted music and the bombastic nature of the duo’s live performances. The band’s latest was released on Sub Pop Records in May.

Electro-pop band Quarto Negro, from São Paulo, Brazil, opens the show at 6 p.m.
