Country troubadours Adam Lee and Matt Woods bring bass, trouble to Audie’s Olympic Tavern
“Bass and Trouble” is the title of a duet by country troubadours Adam Lee and Matt Woods.
It’s also the name of the pair’s 16-date West Coast tour, which stops Monday, July 13, at Audie’s Olympic Tavern.
Lee — the bass — has had songs featured in the Kevin Smith films “Red State” and “Tusk” and was a cast member in the musical “Million Dollar Quartet.” He is touring is support of his upcoming solo debut. Woods is the trouble. The Knoxville, Tennessee, songwriter traverses the country playing more than 200 shows a year, while putting out music that is “helping set the standard” for “country music’s feisty new generation,” according to the roots music magazine No Depression.
Local Americana acts Richfield and New Dustbowl open the show.
