Those following the story of 19-year-old Dylan Noble, who shot by Fresno police last weekend, may have seen this video being passed around today.

The video, posted by the media brand Fusion and shared by Fresno People’s Media, shows scenes from a Fresno vigil dated June 27. It seems to include protesters carrying Confederate flags and signs that read “White Lives Matter.” Those scenes are juxtposed with more violent scenes from protests in Baltimore and Ferguson. The explicit message being: white protesters are treated differently from black protesters.

As proof, the video shows Fresno police allowing a protester use of their PA system to deescalate the situation.

Ironically, (especially given the intent and the circumstances of the vigil) the video actually portrays the Fresno PD as rather rational and responsible in this situation.
