They have since branched out into other content – barefoot walking over Legos, for example.
Now, the team is moving off of YouTube and into the real world with a 20-city live arena tour, which stops July 13 at Fresno’s Save Mart Center. Tickets for the show are $28-$202 and available 10 a.m. April 12 at the arena box office, online at www.ticketmaster.com. Presale tickets are available to verified fans starting 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Dude Perfect originally announced the Pound It Noggin tour in a mock news conference in January. The shows will feature the Dude Perfect team – Tyler Toney, Cody Jones, Garrett Hilbert and Coby and Cory Cotton – doing their best YouTube bits and inviting fans to participate in the on-stage action.
Since its first video in 2009, Dude Perfect has become one of the most popular channels on YouTube with 40-plus million subscribers. That puts them on the video-sharing site’s top 10, though nowhere near PewDiePie or T-Series who battled it out for the No. 1 spot last month. But the crew does have its own half-hour “The Dude Perfect Show,” which started its third season on Nickelodeon in February.
