The Cellar Door reopens, plus cocktails, crafts and ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’
The nightclub/music venue in downtown Visalia celebrates its reopening weekend with a series of concerts. The funk, cumbias and old school dance band Bazmati plays 9 p.m. Friday.
