Two stages of acts set for Fresno’s Fiestas Patrias celebration

Fiestas Patrias, the annual celebration of Mexican Independence Day, will take place Sunday, Sept. 13 on the Fulton Mall. The first act is scheduled to take the stage at noon. Activities will run until 7 p.m.

Scheduled to perform at the clock tower are: El Dasa, 12:30 p.m.; Grupo Vennus, 1:30 p.m; Naomy Caballero, 2:30 p.m.; Banda Santa Lupe, 3 p.m.; La Sonora Mayor de Columbia, 4 p.m.; Bryan Balderrama, 5 p.m; and Larry Hernandez, 6 p.m.

The Stage 2 lineup on Kern Street includes: Ariel Nuño, noon; Los Cazadores del Norte, 1 p.m.; Fortino Reyna y su Grupo Destino, 2 p.m.; Banda Nueva Arrazadora, 3 p.m.; Norteño Banda SS, 4 p.m; and Banda Herencia de Juarez, 5 p.m.

DJ Alex Mix will be on Stage 2 all day.
