Lou Gramm Gets Candid About Foreigner's Present-Day Direction

Before the upcoming event, the iconic rock band and Gramm had their reunion concert for a series of special shows in April.

Billed as FOREIGNER 4 Deluxe, the tour covered multiple cities in Florida including St. Augustine, Clearwater, Orlando, Hollywood, Key West and more.

Reflecting on the band's current lineup, he described them as "excellent" and said he "enjoyed" performing with them.

"I've been doing shows with them and I've been enjoying it a lot," he mentioned in an interview as cited by Ultimate Classic Rock. "The band is excellent. They portray the songs [in a way that] an original member of Foreigner would be proud to play along with," he shares in a new interview with UCR. "They have their own style but they stick close enough to the original [versions] where no one's going, 'Hey, where's that part?' So it's a lot of fun."

Foreigner's current members consist of Luis Maldonado, Jeff Pilson, Michael Bluestein, Bruce Watson, Chris Frazier and John Roth as part of the touring group.

Meanwhile, Mick Jones remains the only original founder but had to skip full-scale touring due to his health status.
