Where else to watch 'Tuner' stars Leo Woodall, Havana Rose Liu

May 29 (UPI) --Tuner, a new crime thriller starring Leo Woodall and Havana Rose Liu, opens in theaters Friday.

The film, directed and co-written by Daniel Roher, stars Woodall as Niki, a piano tuner who uses his heightened sensitivity to sound to become a safe-cracker for a group of thieves. Liu plays his love interest, Ruthie, a talented pianist.

Dustin Hoffman, Lior Raz, Tovah Feldshuh and Jean Reno also star.

Tuner is the first collaboration for Woodall, 29, and Liu, 28, two rising stars with distinguished past credits and exciting upcoming projects. Here's a list of eight other films and TV series featuring the actors.

'White Lotus' Season 2

Woodall's first starring TV role was in The White Lotus Season 2, which aired on HBO in 2022.

That season of the comedy-drama series from Mike White is set in Sicily and features Woodall as Jack, the "nephew" of Quentin (Tom Hollander), a gay expat who befriends the White Lotus guest Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge). Jack ingratiates himself with Tanya's harried assistant, Portia (Haley Ru Richardson).

The White Lotus Season 2 is available to stream on HBO Max.

'Prime Target'

Woodall plays the lead role in the Apple TV thriller series Prime Target, released in 2025.

The actor stars as Edward Brooks, a University of Cambridge student researching patterns in prime numbers. His work draws him into a dangerous conspiracy that takes him around the globe.

Quintessa Swindell, Sidse Babett Knudsen, David Morrissey and Stephen Rea also star.

Prime Target is available to stream on Apple TV.

'Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy'

The 2025 romantic comedy is the fourth movie in the Bridget Jones film series based on the Helen Fielding novels.

Woodall joins the franchise as Roxster McDuff, a park ranger who meets Bridget Jones (Renee Zellweger), now a widow and a mother of two, on Tinder and becomes her new love interest.

Chiwetel Ejiofor, Jim Broadbent, Gemma Jones, Colin Firth and Hugh Grant also star.

Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy is available to stream on Peacock and Prime Video.

'The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum'

Woodall has joined the cast of the upcoming film directed by and starring Andy Serkis.

Set in the world created by J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hunt for Gollum takes place before the Lord of the Rings trilogy and follows Aragorn and Gandalf as they attempt to capture Gollum before he can reach Sauron.

Returning Lord of the Rings cast members include Serkis as Gollum, Elijah Wood as Frodo Baggins and Ian McKellen as Gandalf. Jamie Dornan replaces Viggo Mortensen as Aragorn, aka Strider, while Woodall plays the new character Halvard.

The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum opens in theaters in December 2027.

'No Exit'

Liu landed her first lead film role in the 2022 thriller based on the Taylor Adams novel.

The actress plays Darby Thorne, a recovering addict who discovers a kidnapping while stranded at a visitors center during a blizzard.

Danny Ramirez, David Rysdahl, Dale Dickey and Mila Harris also star.

No Exit is available to stream on Hulu.

'Bottoms'

Liu stars alongside fellow rising actors Rachel Sennott, Ayo Edebiri, Ruby Cruz, Kaia Gerber and Nicholas Galitzine in the 2023 black comedy film directed by Emma Seligman.

Sennott and Edebiri play PJ and Josie, best friends who start a self-defense-turned-fight club at their high school in attempt to get closer to their crushes, Brittany (Gerber) and Isabel (Liu).

Co-written by Sennott and Seligman and produced by Elizabeth Banks, Bottoms is available to rent on streaming platforms.

'Her Private Hell'

The upcoming horror thriller will mark the first new film in 10 years from Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn.

Sophie Thatcher (Yellowjackets) and Charles Melton (Riverdale) star as two people whose paths collide when "a mysterious mist engulfs a futuristic metropolis."

Liu also stars with Kristine Froseth and Diego Calva.

Her Private Hell premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and opens in theaters July 24.

'Elden Ring'

The upcoming dark fantasy film is based on the acclaimed video game directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki and featuring worldbuilding by Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin.

Liu has been announced to star alongside Kit Connor, Cailee Spaeny, Jonathan Pryce, Nick Offerman and Ben Whishaw, with Alex Garland (Ex Machina, Civil War) to write and direct the adaptation.

Plot and character details have not been shared, but the video game from FromSoftware and Bandai Namco follows an exile traversing a world of monsters and demigods.

The Elden Ring movie opens in theaters March 3, 2028.
