Pam Grier, 76, Opens up About Sex While Aging and Says She Has Three-Day Orgasms
Pam Grier is getting real about sex in her seventies, and is sharing about her lively sex life.
The legendary actress, 76, rose to stardom during the '70s in films like Foxy Brown. But it was her role in Quentin Tarantino's 1997 crime hit Jackie Brown that skyrocketed her to critical acclaim, even earning her a Golden Globe Award nomination. In later years, she became a fan favorite on Showtime's The L Word. But on the May 13 episode of Wiser Than Mefrom Lemonada Media, the popular podcast from Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Grier got very candid when the comedy queen posed the question "Do you feel young?"
"Yes, I do, because when you're young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour," Grier said in response to Louis-Dreyfus, PEOPLE reported. "But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it'll last three days."
Louis-Dreyfus was clearly shocked by her statement, responding "What are you talking about? Like, what are you doing down there to get a three-day orgasm? I need details."
Grier responded with laughter, and explained, "You don't have to do anything, but when it happens, I just wanna tell you, you just be prepared. It's gonna be three whole days."
Looking Back on Jackie Brown
2022 served as the 25th anniversary of Jackie Brown. In reflecting of her time making the movie, Grier described working on the film as a "master class in filmmaking." She also noted that it reignited her interest in directing.
"Quentin shared a lot with me that I'm going to be applying to my own work," Grier said to The Hollywood Reporter, also sharing that she had completed a script for a World War II film.

Grier Said She Was Learning to Pole Dance
Fans of Bravo may recall that Grier shared back in 2024 that she was learning to pole dance. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the legend made it clear that being in her seventies isn't going to stop her from getting her dance on. In fact, she was hoping to work with Cardi B in the near future... if her pole dancing schedule didn't get in the way.
"I really wanted to work with [Cardi] and it could be in maybe two years at the theater because I'm now learning how to pole dance and it's taken a minute, but it's a lot of fun," Grier said on WWHL. "It's a wonderful story. I don't wanna give it away, but it's perfect for her because she's a great mom."
