Magic: The Gathering's Secrets of Strixhaven Prismari Artistry Commander precon is a spellslinger deck built around casting expensive spells rather than chaining multiple cheap ones. Its payoff comes from generating creature tokens to turn those big spells into real board pressure.

You'll want to copy Rootha with this to turn your other creatures into her. Afterwards, you'll get plenty of Rootha triggers, creating numerous elementals to beat down each opponent.

World at War

World at War is another sorcery that creates an additional combat phase. Spells that create additional combat phases are great with Rootha since she'll create an elemental at the beginning of each of them. This spell also has rebound, letting you cast a free copy of it at the beginning of your next upkeep.

Prismari Artistry rewards you for going big, but it needs the right support to make those turns consistent and impactful. Once upgraded, the deck can reliably turn expensive spells into overwhelming board presence.
