'Ancient Aliens' Star David Wilcock Dead at 53: Cause of Death Revealed

Ancient Aliens star David Wilcock is dead at 53 - and his cause of death has been revealed.

On Wednesday, April 22, the Boulder County Coroner's Office in Colorado confirmed Wilcock's death in a news release.

Ancient Aliens Star David Wilcock's Cause of Death Was Also Revealed

On Monday, April 20, a 911 call was placed at around 10:44 a.m., according to a news release from the Boulder County Sheriff's Department.

"The emergency communications specialist who took the call suspected the caller was experiencing a mental health crisis," the release detailed. "Deputies arrived at approximately 11:02 a.m. and made contact with a male outside a residence who was holding a weapon."

Tragically, "within minutes" of the deputies arriving, Wilcock "used the weapon on himself." Hew was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tributes Poured In for David Wilcock Amid Conspiracy Theories

In the comments of his most recent Instagram post, fans reacted to the news of Wilcock's death. Many shared conspiracy theories about his cause of death. However, others thanked Wilcock for his contributions.

One follower wrote, "God Bless you David wherever you are. You were and stiill are the brightest of lights. Thank you for sharing what you knew with all of us. 🥺."

Another shared, "My condolences to his family and friends. A true light being embodied. You will be missed David. May your soul rest in peace 🙏."

Someone else echoed, "RIP thank you for your contributions to humanity. You were part of my awakening journey in this life time! Eternally grateful 🙏🏼."

A different fan commented, "Wow....how shocking 😲 RIP."

Meanwhile, yet another Instagram user wrote, "Rest in peace brother. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. You will be missed. You are loved. Enjoy your ascension ❤️."
