Natalie Portman Expecting Baby No. 3, First with Partner Tanguy Destable
Natalie Portman is pregnant!
The actress, 44, announced she is expecting her third baby, her first with partner Tanguy Destable, on Friday, Apr. 17 to Harper's Bazaar.
"Tanguy and I are very excited," she said. "I'm just very grateful. I know it's such a privilege and a miracle."
Portman is already mom to son Aleph, 14, and daughter Amalia, 9, whom she shares with her ex-husband Benjamin Millepied. The couple were married for 11 years before separating in July 2023 and finalizing their divorce in February 2024.
In her interview with Harper's Bazaar, Portman noted she's feeling gratitude more profoundly this time around.
"There is a gratitude that when you're young, you don't necessarily grasp," she said. "And there's a calm and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me that makes the experience so beautiful every day. And knowing it's probably the last time, I cherish every moment."

The Thor: Love and Thunder star, whose father is a fertility doctor, also recognized how many women aren't as lucky as she is.
"I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant," she said. "I have so many people I love who've had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It's such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it's also not an easy thing."
Portman and Destable-a French musician also known by his stage name Tepr-were first linked in early March 2025 by French outlet Voici. Their relationship marked Portman's first romance since her divorce from Millepied a year prior.
