Family: Chicano Family Festival

This event has something for everyone, including live music, taco trucks, art activities and dancing. There will also be a new take on fruits and veggies with a lounge providing music and healthy choice snacks. This fun and free community festival promotes art. The event will feature face painting, hands-on art activities, live art demonstrations, performing art groups, student artwork, food and more. Madera County Office of Education, 1105 S. Madera Ave., Madera, (559) 662-3873, free. 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
