Event: ClovisFest

Head to downtown Clovis where over 200 craft, food and commercial vendors will line the streets at the two-day festival featuring multicultural performances and storytelling. Hot air balloons will launch from the Clovis Rodeo Grounds each morning at 7 a.m. Old Town Clovis, clovischamber.com/events/clovis_fest.

8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Event: CalaGala

Celebrate Dia de los Muertos with Arte Americas as they host the art, music and cultural festival featuring folklorico groups and face painting. A procession will begin at dusk at Fulton and Mariposa streets and end at the event venue. Eaton Plaza, 2400 Fresno St., Fresno, www.arteamericas.org, $4.

Concert: E-40

Event: Dinosaurs arrive

Two new dinosaurs will join the Tyrannosaurus rex as part of the museum’s prehistory exhibit. A Triceratops and Parasaurolophus will be installed during Fresno’s first Free Museum Day. The Discovery Center, 1944 N. Winery Ave., Fresno, 559-251-5533.
