Red Bluff's Jack Kerr District 1 named All around rookie
The final District 1 High School rodeo was recently held in Etna, and Red Bluff's Jack Kerr was named the rookie All-Around Cowboy. Oroville's Quentin Personeni was named All-Around Cowboy, while Hayden Boles of Orland was named the reserve All-Around Cowboy. Briley Small of Fall River Mills was named both the All Around Cowgirl and Rookie All Around Cowgirl, while Canyon Darger was named as reserve all-around Cowgirl
