Don’t want to hear Westlands crying the blues
Don Peracchi, board president of the Westlands Water District, is crying the blues about not getting enough or timely government subsidized water.
Is this the same Westlands that sold water to developers in Southern California a few years ago for a huge profit? Typical. Without their welfare water, these corporate and large farming monarchs could be reduced to the food stamp rolls.
