Two shot in southwest Fresno

Two men were shot in southwest Fresno causing “very minor injuries” Wednesday night, the Fresno Police Department said.

The call came in at 7:26 p.m. at Elm and Dorothy avenues just south of Jensen Avenue. The victims were Hispanic men appearing to be in their 40s, police said.

A shotgun was the weapon used in the shooting and is still sought.

The men were interviewed at Community Regional Medical Center. People at the scene weren’t being very cooperative, police said.
