2 arrested after Clovis apartment shooting
Two SWAT teams arrested two men on Wednesday after shots were fired at a Clovis apartment complex, the Clovis Police Department said.
SWAT teams from Clovis and the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a house in the 5500 block of East Saginaw Way in east-central Fresno after a report of gunshots overnight at Peachland Apartments at 2245 Peach Ave., police said. One man pointed a gun at his girlfriend after a disturbance.
The disturbance at the apartment complex led officers back to the Saginaw Way address.
There were several people in the residence.
KC Jensen, 24, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, and Richard Wages, 26, was arrested on a felony warrant for grand theft, police said. A Cadillac Escalade was seized as evidence in the case.
