Fresno police: Man with gun passes out in drive-through
A man with a loaded pistol and drugs passed out in his car at a fast food drive-through window early Tuesday, Fresno police said.
Sgt. John Viveros said the incident took place about 2:45 a.m. at a Jack In the Box in southeast Fresno, where the man, identified as Jesse Sandoval Gutierrez, 35, was found slumped over behind the wheel. Officers saw the semi-automatic handgun next to Gutierrez in the vehicle.
Gutierrez was arrested on charges of being a felon in possession of a loaded firearm, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
