One dead, one wounded in central Fresno shooting
One man was killed and another seriously wounded in a shooting in central Fresno Saturday night, Fresno police said.
The shooting happened about 6:30 p.m. at the MeKhong Restaurant at Belmont and Diana avenues, police said. The victims were both Asian males, each about 30 to 40 years old. The survivor was reported in serious condition at a local hospital.
Police said the shooter is believed to be a black male driving a dark gray Dodge Charger.
The names of the victims and the motive for the shooting were not available. No other information was immediately available.
