Furniture seller Move Loot to open Fresno warehouse for 1-day sale
Furniture seller Move Loot is opening up its Fresno warehouse for a sale to the public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21.
Move Loot is a San Francisco-based company that bills itself as a cross between Craigslist and Uber. The company sells furniture on consignment from the general public via MoveLoot.com and the Move Loot app.
A 165,000-square-foot warehouse in Fresno holds all the furniture that is for sale from Sacramento and San Francisco to Los Angeles.
In an effort to introduce itself to the public and clear out inventory, the company is taking the rare step of opening its warehouse to the public. Furniture from the website will be for sale. Furniture that once was listed on the site but has passed its deadline to sell also will be available at steep discounts.
The warehouse is at 3825 S. Willow Ave., Suite 101, near the corner of Central Avenue.
