FIFA World Cup 2026 watch parties are taking to the seas this summer across several cruise lines' fleets.

Select cruise lines have secured rights to broadcast every World Cup match on their ships this summer - ensuring that vacationing soccer fans don't miss a match no matter where in the world they're cruising.

In addition to showing all 104 World Cup matches on stateroom TVs, some cruise ships will show select matches in onboard bars and lounges, and even on big screens on their pool decks.

If you're cruising during the tournament, which will be played across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico from June 11 through July 19, 2026, here's what to know about cheering on your favorite team at sea.

Cruise lines showing World Cup matches include Royal Caribbean, MSC, Norwegian, and more

In addition to being the Official Miami World Cup 2026 Host City Supporter, Royal Caribbean is set to broadcast every World Cup match on Sport 24 Special Event Channels on board all of its cruise ships. Passengers will be able to watch matches live on their stateroom TVs, as well as in certain public venues on board like Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade and on pool deck big screens.

Royal Caribbean cruisers can also expect special World Cup-themed activities on board sailings happening during tournament time, according to fan blog Royal Caribbean Blog.

Global cruise line MSC Cruises will also offer live broadcasts of this summer's global soccer tournament across all of its ships. The cruise line will show matches in a variety of onboard venues including sports bars, casino bars, poolside LED screens, and designated lounges and theatres. Summer sailings will also include tournament-themed activities like interactive games, quizzes, and family-friendly fun for all ages.

Norwegian Cruise Line will broadcast live coverage of the tournament on board its ships as well. In addition to watching the action live on stateroom TVs, passengers sailing with Norwegian will even have the flexibility to record games and replay them on board for a 24-hour period, as reported by Ireland's Travel Trade Network.

Adults-only cruise line Virgin Voyages is getting in on the action, too. During the tournament, the cruise line will host World Cup viewing parties across its fleet of four lady ships, according to fan site VV Insider.

Five Carnival Corporation cruise lines will show World Cup matches

Five Carnival Corporation cruise lines secured rights from global sports marketing agency IMG to broadcast FIFA World Cup 2026 matches across their fleets. Carnival's Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, Cunard, and P&O Cruises are all set to offer in-stateroom live coverage of all games on Sport 24 Special Event Channels so passengers can catch every goal while exploring cruise regions around the world.

Travelers setting sail with these cruise lines this summer can expect select matches to be shown in public venues on board, in addition to staterooms, to amplify the World Cup excitement at sea. On Cunard and P&O Cruises ships, England matches and high-profile games will be highlighted in larger onboard venues, as reported by Seatrade Cruise News.
