Their new shop in Los Gatos is located at 50 University Ave. and joins a slew of other established brands in town, like Teleféric Barcelona, Salt & Straw and Sephora. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.

Plaque unveiling

The Terraces of Los Gatos will be unveiling a memorial plaque in honor of a deceased board member on Thursday.

The memorial plaque will be dedicated to Pam Bancroft, former Monte Sereno mayor and board member of The Terraces. Bancroft was born on Oct. 25, 1946 in Massachusetts and died on Nov. 26, 2025 in Monte Sereno. According to her obituary, she spent 40 years in the city. She had served as a Monte Sereno city council member before becoming mayor and was a deacon of the Presbyterian Church of Los Gatos. She was also a director of the Terraces of Los Gatos before becoming a board member. She is survived by her husband, two children, two sisters and three grandchildren.

The plaque unveiling coincides with with the reopening of the community’s pool and gives visitors the opportunity to recognize and celebrate Bancroft’s contributions. The event is scheduled for 4-6 p.m. at the pool at The Terraces of Los Gatos at 800 Blossom Hill Road.
