Diana Ross, Jeff Foxworthy added to Big Fresno Fair lineup
The Big Fresno Fair has announced performances from Diana Ross and Jeff Foxworthy, thus finalizing the lineup for its 2015 concert series, which runs Oct. 7-18 at the Paul Paul Theater.
Foxworthy is best known for his redneck jokes and as the host of the FOX game show, “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader.” The Grammy-nominated comedian performs on the fair’s opening night, Wednesday, Oct. 7. Tickets are $33-$40.
Ross is the former lead singer of The Supremes, which set records in the 1960s with 12 No. 1 singles, including “Baby Love” and “You Can’t Hurry Love.” She had continued success as a solo artist, amassing another six No. 1 hits. Ross plays on Friday, Oct. 16. Tickets are $50-$60.
Tickets for both shows will be available to members of the Big Fair Fan Club at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, then available to the general public at 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 20.
The pair join the fair’s already-announced lineup, which includes The Band Perry (Oct. 8), Nelly (Oct. 9), Austin Mahone and Gabriel Iglesias (Oct. 10), Robert Tapia (Oct. 11), Paul Anka (Oct. 12), Lecrae (Oct. 13), Randy Houser (Oct. 14), 311 (Oct. 15), Sabrina Carpenter and 2 Chainz (Oct. 17) and Gloria Trevi. Tickets for these shows are on sale now.
