Joseph Duggar Pleads Not Guilty to Child Endangerment Charges
Joseph Duggar has entered a not guilty plea in his child endangerment case.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Joseph, 31, entered the plea on Monday, Apr. 27 in his case against the State of Arkansas.
Joseph's wife, Kendra Duggar, 27, also entered a not guilty plea for her child endangerment case on Thursday, Apr. 23. Later that day, a judge dissolved the no contact order between Kendra and her alleged victims.
Per the court documents, the unnamed victims "have expressed a desire to have contact" with Kendra as she "complied" with the order's terms..
"It is further ordered that the Arkansas Department of Human Services is authorized to supervise, communicate and facilitate reunification between the Defendant and the individuals previously covered in the no contact order," the judge's ruling read.

Joseph was previously arrested and charged for Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor, on Mar. 18.
Two days later, Joseph and Kendra were hit with additional child endangerment charges-unrelated to Joseph's initial case.
Kendra was released from jail shortly following her arrest after posting a $1,470 bond. Joseph, for his part, was released from custody in Florida after posting a $600,000 bond on Mar. 31. Joseph pled not guilty in that case as well.
The couple have been married since 2017 and share four young children.
