First Team

Adrian Camposano, junior, Central, 106: Capped 36-1 season with 11-10 win over Vacaville's Gionn Peralta to become two-time medalist and first state champ in school history. Also won Masters and Yosemite Divisional titles.

Durbin Llorin, freshman, Buchanan, 106: Edged Windsor's Perez Perez 3-2 for fifth at state after placing second at Masters and third at Yosemite Divisionals in 45-10, 12-fall season.

Sean Williams, senior, Lemoore, 113: Upset national No. 1 Zahid Valencia of St. John Bosco-Bellflower in semifinals before placing second in state. His 44-7, 11-fall season included Masters and Yosemite Divisional titles.

Khristian Olivas, sophomore, Clovis, 113: Followed third-place finishes at Masters and Yosemite Divisionals by placing fourth in state -- while winning five straight elimination matches -- for team champion Cougars, capping 43-19, 18-pin season.

Jonas Gaytan, senior, Clovis, 120: Captured third state medal with 3-2 win over North-Torrance's Jordan Gurrola for third. Also placed third at Masters and second at Yosemite Divisionals while going 51-7 with 16 pins.

Daniel Ruiz, junior, Madera, 120: After opening with loss, won six straight consolation-round matches and finished sixth at state. Went 43-12 with 16 falls while placing fourth at Masters, third at Yosemite Divisionals.

Arnulfo Olea, senior, Exeter, 120: Placed eighth for third straight medal and fourth top-12 finish at state. Was second at Masters and first at Sierra/Sequoia Divisionals in 41-8, 20-pin season.

Michael Knoblauch, junior, Clovis West, 126: Pinned Justin Thomas of Santiago-Corona in 4:23 for third place and his first state medal. Was second at Masters, third at Yosemite Divisionals in 41-6, 15-pin season.

Javier Gasca, senior, Kingsburg, 132: Earned second straight state bronze following 5-0 win over El Camino Real's Ali Naser. Was the Masters and Sierra/Sequoia Divisionals champion in 52-2, 41-pin season.

Abel Contreras, junior, Porterville, 132: With 9-2 victory over Turlock's Isaac Bertalotto for seventh, earned first state medal to complete 34-8, 12-pin season that included third at Masters, second at Yosemite Divisionals.

Martin Sandoval, senior, Porterville, 138: Gave state seventh-place Panthers a trio of medalists with 8-4 win over Beaumont's Terrill Sidener in third-place match. Won Masters, Yosemite Divisional titles while going 37-4 with 24 pins.

Chris Garcia, junior, Clovis West, 138: Defeated Nolan Kistler of Martin Luther King-Riverside 9-2 for seventh and second straight state medal. Was second at Masters and Yosemite Divisions while in 43-11, 24-pin season.

Jason Ladd, senior, Clovis, 145: Helped Cougars capture third straight state team title with 8-5 win over Folsom's Lorenzo De La Riva for fifth. His 50-5, 32-pin season included Masters title, Yosemite Divisionals bronze.

Kyle Perreault, senior, Clovis East, 152: Became two-time state medalist with 7-3 victory over Bakersfield's Coleman Hammond in third-place match. Captured Masters and Yosemite Divisional titles in 55-5, 23-pin season.

Alec Gamboa, sophomore, Madera, 170: Followed third-place finishes at Masters and Yosemite Divisionals by placing sixth at state to cap 41-12, 12-pin season.

Adrian Salas, senior, Clovis, 182: Defeated Canyon Springs-Moreno Valley's Immanuel Barber 5-1 for title and third state medal. Also won Masters and Yosemite Divisional titles in 41-1, 22-pin season.

Gabriel Gonzalez, junior, Washington, 195: Pinned James Logan-Union City's Clayton Hartwell in 1:35 for fifth at state after capturing Masters and Sierra-Sequoia Divisional titles in 53-4, 37-pin season.

Cortes Morales, junior, Clovis West, 220: Pinned Frontier's Auggie Alcantar in 3:14 for seventh at state after winning Masters and Yosemite Divisional titles in 46-9, 35-pin season.
