Waiver in hand, Bulldogs’ McCoy could develop into key piece this season

Ricky McCoy was rated as one of the top tight ends and defensive linemen recruits in the west in 2015 when the Roosevelt High graduate signed a national letter of intent with Washington. McCoy, who transferred to Fresno State, has received a waiver and is eligible to play this season for the Bulldogs.
