On April 14, I went to the Woodward Park Post Office only to be greeted by lines that went out the door and one service window open. You would think that on the days of April 14 and 15, they would have extra personnel to handle the people wanting to get their tax forms in.
When I inquired if there were any additional clerks to help, the clerk said that there weren’t due to poor scheduling. How can management not have scheduled extra help in on these days? But it’s not just on these days, it’s every day at this facility.
They say that service is their first priority, but the Woodward Park Post Office must not have gotten the memo.
