This is a response to the recent passing of orthopedic surgeon Dr. Malcolm Ghazal. Thank you for fixing my torn anterior cruciate ligament so I can continue to eat the dust of 5-year-olds in two-mile runs and for repairing a torn rotator cuff from a poorly executed cliff dive.
