It’s not the news but rather it is how the news is presented that seems to keep everyone on edge.
It’s the showmanship that goes into presenting the news that seems to make news reporting on radio and television an extension of advertising. It’s like that important element for making a sale that requires keeping their attention as if the news alone is not enough. Showmanship, hunching up in the chair with newscasters giving the listeners and viewers their opinion of the news for that folksy quality.
Most everyone would like to hear and/or see the news, right? It’s not all in print. So, what can be done to have news presented as just the news? So, far, it seems that nothing can be done for that to happen.
