While our leaders squabble over how to “fix” the state’s water problem, our county supervisors are so alarmed they’re asking the governor to declare a “state of emergency.”
The citizens of Fresno County, however, don’t seem to be concerned. They will have plenty of time to reflect on those glorious days of hosing down their driveways and washing their beautiful cars while they are waiting in line for their bare-subsistence allotment of water. Maybe as soon as this summer.
