Tuition pittance

Regarding Sen. Hillary Clinton's idea to give a $5,000 bond for each child to use for their college education, let's get real! At 3.5% annual interest, plan on having about $2,300 annually to spend on your child's college education, courtesy of whoever Sen. Clinton decides should have to pay for your child's education (I am sure it is "the rich").

I hope your child does not plan on going to Wellesley, the college Sen. Clinton attended. The full-time tuition at Wellesley is currently $34,770.

Whatever happened to taking personal responsibility for yourself and your child's future?
