I have lots of sympathy for Virginia Amicarelli [letter Sept. 25] and especially since she does not have a computer. I tried one day to call AT&T and had the same problem. It's not just AT&T, it's almost every large corporation.
But there is an answer to her question. She will need to find a friend who has a computer and have the friend go to this site and then print it out for her -- www.gethuman.com.
This site has every major company you possibly could think of contacting. Sure hope this helps her.
