'What can be worse?'

Is there anyone who doesn't know that Attorney General Albert Gonzales has lied repeatedly? I'm not sure whether there is evidence that he has lied under oath. If there is, he must be brought to trial for perjury. If not, he has certainly lied repeatedly to Congress, and must be prosecuted for that.

The argument that he is an appointee of the president, and can only be removed by him, makes no sense to me. What can be worse than a liar at the head of our system of justice?
