Concerned parents

As the mother of a little girl who used Listerine Plaque Detector for Children daily, I was very upset to read in The Bee recently that the product has been recalled because it had a contaminant in it. I want to know how this could happen and who is doing the quality control?

As parents, we buy these products to keep our children's teeth healthy and then we find we are, in fact, putting their health at risk. Someone needs to be accountable for this type of error. What could happen to my daughter? What do I watch for? Who do I ask these questions?

Thanks for letting me voice these concerns. There are probably a lot of parents as concerned as I am.
