Potential Campus Pointe builders are not investing millions into that project without expecting to reap millions in return. I see it as an abuse of publicly owned property, with the potential for additional costs to the neighboring community.
Fresno has plenty of student employment opportunities, lots of vacant apartments, empty theaters and already substantial traffic problems in that area.
