Different reaction

Concerning the recent Iranian incursion into Iraqi waters that led to the capture of several British military personnel: I was really surprised by the lack of public condemnation of this action by Iran.

I wonder what the reaction would have been if the U.S. or Britain had gone into Iranian waters and captured Iranian military personnel, held these people in solitary confinement, paraded them in public and on TV and got them to wrongly confess to entering into Iraq waters.

Of course, the reaction by the leftists here and around the world would have been crazy. Witness the reaction of these people concerning the confessions of captured combatants in Guantánamo, claiming they were tortured to get them to confess.

The Senate would be demanding investigations and lawyers would be filing lawsuits.

Wake up people.
