So the so-called "discount" airline, Frontier, is leaving Fresno. What a surprise they couldn't get any ridership. Like the other airlines that "serve" Fresno, their prices were outrageous.
While booking airline prices for a vacation this June to Indianapolis, prices (including Frontier's) from Fresno were about $550, with plane changes. I was able to book non-stop flights from Los Angeles for less than $205. Add $4 per day parking at the Van Nuys "Flyaway" depot and we're still way ahead.
