I'm sorry that Laurence D.M. Marshall [letter Nov. 13] had a bad experience at his voting station. My experience was the opposite.
The volunteers at the Kastner School precinct were courteous and helpful. What a delight to see two young college students serving. The voting process took me not more than 10 minutes, having my sample ballot already.
Mr. Marshall should consider again about not going in person, since he is physically able. I feel privileged to have voted. I thank the volunteers.
