Can't read sample ballot

I've been under the impression that the purpose of a sample ballot is to read prior to the election. Granted, I am a senior and wear glasses, but even using magnifying glasses the ballot is impossible to read.

I challenge our county clerk, Victor Salazar, or any of his staff to read the state propositions on one of our nightly news stations. Was their purpose in reducing the size of the text to use less paper? Great idea, but if it's unreadable in reality, they wasted taxpayer funds.
